WHY POLYASPRATIC!​

You probably have heard about polyaspartic floors but may not understand why this should be considered with all jobs. The benefits are many.  You will hear from others that a polyaspartic or epoxy coating system can be installed in 1-day.  While this is accurate, we believe in using 2-days when choosing polyaspartic.  Taking one extra day will be worth it in the end.

2-Day Overview:

• Garage is cleared out before our team arrives.

• Work begins by preparing the floor.  Often includes grinding the surface, removing imperfections/pits and like defects.

• Our superior, high-quality epoxy primer is poured out, squeegeed and rolled even.

• Decorative flakes are spread over the floor while the primer is still wet.

• Day 1 complete and surface is left to cure overnight.

• Loose flakes are removed morning of day two.

• Our Simiron HS Polyasparitc coat is applied over the flakes and grit is applied for texture.

• Day 2 complete... after another 1-2 days the floor is fully cured and ready to use
